Hey Gabi! I love the new look here! I wanted to buy a T-shirt, but I can't afford it! Shipping is so expensive! I'll have to save up and buy it in October haha

Gabriela, I just checked this site out again for the first time in a long while; it looks great! I don' think I'd seen the majority of your mixed media pieces. I particularly enjoy The Ritual, City Block II, and Land... beautiful, thought-provoking stuff. I'm going to go poke around the rest of the galleries... Thank you for sharing your work! The Art Department at UCSC is a little dimmer without your luminous presence...

I feel so fortunate to actually have a Gabriela Anastasio original hanging on my wall, like Ryan was referring to. I'm gonna be rich! But everybody should be really stoked for Cubiculum. It will be the art show of the year. Plus I think there might be wine. See you all there.

I love the remote controls the best.. espeically the one where they are all lined up... it looks like the skyline of new york... very cool... I also love the chair designs... and I love the eyes... You are tremendously talented and you have such a wonderful website to showcase your work! I am very proud of you Gabriella!

I'm proud of you. Seeing your stuff in person, all in one space and so much of it was so impressive. This comment is not flowing as well as I'd like it, so I'll tell you more later. . .

The work depicted here showcases the vast landscape of your talents. The simplicity of modern technology. The perplexing chaos of the human face. You capture the important things we see everyday that most of us don't bother to notice, and give it a style which makes it instantly recognizable as yours and yours alone. Someday we'll look back and say, "This is a Gabriela Anastasio original. The greatest artist of the 21st century created this." That's why I've been kissing your ass for the previous paragraph. I want one of these hanging above my mantle when you make it big. I want to look up at my wall and say, "That row spray painted remotes is the down payment on my new house." I'm looking forward to that sweet sweet pay day.

I don't know much about these "modern arts". I've been to a MOCA or Latte' or whatever once and I didn't really like what I saw... my three year-old son could do that! But your work is different, Gabby. The many white remote controls, lined up like that... they made me question my life-long addiction to television and consider spending more time with my kids. Thanks, Gabby! Keep doing your work!
