hi. post wasn't working so i took it down. here's the abridged v. :

- i enjoy the IO digital tv commercial featuring real humans as pixels on a TV screen.

- it inspired me to use "pixels" as a metaphor to talk about many persons working together for something they love and believe in, aka a "high resolution image" (keeping with the theme ya).

- then I said this

"..in the commercial, each pixel on the screen turns into a person wearing a different color from head to toe. then someone yells, "RAINBOW!" and all of the pixels start darting around to form a digital image of a rainbow on the screen.  ...if only people were like that in real life.  instead, someone screams, "RAINBOW" and there are fifty pixels digging holes in the ground for oil, two pixels flying into space, 11 folks short selling stocks, and 2133143407146 pixels losing jobs.

- after that, i concluded that if you're "making rainbows" (aka collaborating with like-minded people), consider yourself lucky. And if you're not, it's just a matter of time before you find new pixels to work with.

- then I said, "But wait! There's more. I forgot to tie in exercise. Here it is: you need it. Mostly in between rainbows."

jogs between jobs. live like a C list actor.
