_films for a rainy day

all i want tonight is to curl up on the couch with a tea and watch a slow-as-molasses, euro-centric movie with gorgeous, make-up'less actors in it. i could just as easily enjoy watching a talking gorilla. 

these dvd covers above were designed exclusively by and for the criterion collection. i really love them. 

hmm, compelling dvd covers... some can get the best of you. ever seen 29 palms?
