_close the subject of your mouth

finally, at 130am this morning, I had the courage to pick up a pen and do something with it - it's been a while since I've drawn something for pleasure.  suppose i've been focused elsewhere, which unfortunately has left this blog dry since fashion week. 

i'm glad to have cranked these portraits out last night.  they seem to reflect my love for - and fear of - aging. i started each face with ugly, wabbly lines just so i could work harder at finding the character's beauty later.
